​Order Processing
1. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of being received.
2. Our business days are Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Delivery takes between 3-8 business days post dispatch.
2. Please note that we use a third-party logistics company for delivery, so delivery timelines are beyond our control and depend entirely on our logistics partner.
3. During monsoons and festive seasons, please allow an additional 3 business days for your orders to reach you.

2. We are not able to provide next-day dispatch or delivery services.

Your Shipping Details
​It is vital that all details for shipping (Full Name, Phone Number, Email ID, Postal address) are accurate for the delivery to occur smoothly. We are not responsible for any orders with incomplete or wrong shipping details facing issues with delivery. RTO (return charges) and shipping charges to the correct address (if not rectified before the order is dispatched the first time around) will need to be borne at actuals by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges​
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We ensure meticulously packing for all orders, with eco-friendly materials, but there is always a small chance of damage in transit. If you believe this has happened with your order, please email us at sales@shopvaanya.in within 5 days of receiving your order. Submitting an unedited unboxing video to us is mandatory to make any claims with the third-party courier company tasked with delivering your order.

Refunds
At Vaanya Soap Co., we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted personal care products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide store credit under certain conditions.
Eligibility for Store Credit:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, photographic, and video evidence. Once verified, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the damaged or defective product. Submitting an unedited unboxing video to us is mandatory to make any claims with the third-party courier company tasked with delivering your order.

Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide store credit if the item is no longer available.
How to Request Store Credit:

Allow up to 3 business days for us to review and respond to your request.

If approved, store credit will be issued within 5 business days.
Conditions:

Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.

Sale/Discounted items and customized products are not eligible for store credit.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened personal care products. Please ensure you review product details and ingredients before making a purchase.

Cancellations
​Once you have placed an order on our website, you are well within your right to cancel it. However, any and all cancellation requests must be raised via email only and within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond the 24-hour mark, we do not accept cancellation requests of any kind as orders are often times shipped by then.
